HEAVY REPORTED. (United Press Association—By Electrlo Tel egraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, February 4. A forest fire in the Snowy River district, near Orbcet, assumed alarming proportions. It crossed the river, destroyed stocks of railway sleepers and the cutters’ plant, and also a large area of grass. Serious bush fires threaten grass in the Mount Wellington district.
