PERSONAL.
Mr T. P. Crowe left for the south yesterday by the first express. A motion of sympathy with the relatives of the late Rev. William Todd, who died suddenly at Christchurch last week, was passed at yesterday’s meeting of the Timaru Presbytery. Mr J. G. Gow, in moving the motion, said that the late Mr Todd was very well known in Dunedin, in w r hich town, prior to his induction, he had done great work as a Bible Class leader at Knox Church.
