Foster presided over an attendance of thirteen delegates and visitors. Sister A. Pycroft was appointed minute secretary for the day, and to act as Press reporter. After the correspondence had been dealt with, D.D.R. Bro. C. H. Bascand outlined the scheme for hospital benefit and urged members to discuss various phases with their tents. The secretary’s annual report showed an increase of 211 members (which was considered very encouraging), and a credit balance of £l3/18/9. Thanks were due to the tents and their secretaries for this progress. The D.C.R. Bro. Martin, also thanked those who had made donations. The report of the P.S.F.M., Sister G. Hastings, showed an increase for, the year of 111 sisters in the Provincial District. Bro. A special committee was set up to deal more fully with juvenile matters. The three reports were adopted, and the officers thanked for their untiring efforts.
