SIDELIGHTS ON NAVAL PROPAGANDA. (Unitad Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, September 26. Mr Drew Pearson, newspaper correspondent, at the Geneva Conference in 1927, told the Senate Investigating Committee to-day that Mr William Shearer appeared to be the real influence against Anglo-American goodwill, and was with the naval experts on many occasions.
