CHAPS, CHILBLAINS. The skin is almost as sensitive as the throat to the cold and wet weather, and should therefore be carefully protected by Q-tol before and after exposure to the elements. You will find that those who are exposed to severe cold, such as whaling and polar expeditions. always find a trusty friend in Q-tol. Orders, accompanied by cheques, etc., have frequently been received by the Q-tol office from far away Finland and other countries where frostbite and chilblains are prevalent. Winter skin affections are common in New Zealand, and considerable discomfort can be avoided by frequently rubbing in Q-tol to the face, hands and feet.
