MR RAMSAY MACDONALD’S PLANS (United Press Association—By Electrie Telerraph—Copyright.) (Received August 26, 9.40 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 26. Following upon a meeting here with President Hoover, Mr Ramsay MacDonald may go to Ottawa, in the second week in October, to discuss with the Canadian Government, Imperial trade and emigration to Canada by the Imperial Conference. It is unlikely the Prime Minister of Canada (Mr King) will attend the Hoover-MacDonald discussions.
