ASHBURTON DEFEAT CANTERBURY. By Tc’eernol.- Pram. A«*oriation ASHBURTON. August 25. On a rain-sodden ground, the Ashburton representatives defeated Canterbury B. by fifteen to three. The game, which was mainly confined to the forwards, was interesting, and produced many spectacular efforts.
