The Civil Estimates, Great Britain, make provision for a sum of £550,000 to be placed to the credit of the Empire Marketing Board during 1929, but in addition to that vote there is £350,000 unexpended, carried forward from previous years making £900,000 available. The chief expenditures estimated are research and marketing £482,000, and publicity £360,000.
