DISPUTE SETTLED.
SHIPOWNERS WILL CONFORM TO AWARD. By Telegraph—Prens Association. AUCKLAND, August 23. The dispute between the owners of the motor vessel Hokianga and the Seamen's Union has been settled. The owners, A. G. Frankham, Ltd., agreed to reinsert in the ship’s articles a clause ensuring that the men would be worked according to the agreement between the Seamen’s Union and the Shipowners’ Federation, regarding the hours of work and overtime.
