THREE OUTBREAKS IN HOTEL. By Telflgraph—Pre«* Association. CHRISTCHURCH, August 21. The third outbreak within throe dayg occurred at the Pier Hotel, Kaiupoi, this morning, when a kapoo mattress in a bedroom was discovered ablaze. There was no other damage. The cause is a mystery.
