Australia’s Labour Unrest. STATE ACTION FORECASTED. (Unit* 4 ! Press Association—By fliectrle Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY. August 21. When the Federal Government has completely withdrawn from industrial arbitration the State Cabinet will take action in the coal dispute. A Council representative of the employers and employees will probably be set up to adjudicate on the mining trouble and In the event of no settlement being reached, the Government will take action to ensure the carrying on of the industry.
