TO BE RELEASED. By Telegraph—Press Association. HAMILTON, July 27. The Minister of Justice (the Hon. T. M. Wilfordi yesterday telegraphed to the Rev. H. E. Jones, vicar of Frankton, as follows: “Are you prepared to take charge of William Morrison. If so he will be released immediately.” Morrison is a young Scotsman who was sentenced at Hamilton twelve days ago to a month’s imprisonment for beg ging.
