BUTTER FAT YIELD.
JERSEY COW’S RECORD. SYDNEY, March 1. A new world’s record in production for the Jersey breed was established by an eleven-year-old cow, Wagga Ariadne, of the Hawkesbury Agricultural College stud, the production being 1686£1b. of milk, equal, on a 5 per cent, average test to 848.941 b. of butter-fat.
