JUBILEE DEMONSTRATION. Bj Telegraph—Press Association. HOKITIKA, February 28. The United Fire Brigade’s Association jubilee demonstration commenced this morning in Cass Square, under perfect weather conditions. There was a good attendance. The water supply from the Borough mains gave a splendid pressure, and th© ground appointments leit nothing to be desired. The modern events proved an unqualified success and are likely to be retained. Two even is were completed. After a showery night, the day was fine and sunny throughout. The water pressure continued highly satisfactory, and the general arrangements were very complete.
