MR HOOVER’S CABINET. (United Press Asaoclatlon—By Eleetrla ToUgrenh—GnnyriirbtA WASHINGTON, February 27. Mr William D. Mitchell, SolicitorGeneral of the United States, has accepted the Attorney-Generalship in the Hoover Cabinet which will come into office on Monday. Mr James W. Good (Iowa), will be Secretary of War in Mr Hoover’s Cabinet.
