Admitting that for the moment well-to-do peasants and other non-Socialists hold the advantage in the anti-Soviet campaign, the Communist Conference adopted a resolution to crush the Trotsky element. It has declared war on the Rightists’ demanded for unconditional adherence to M. Stalin’s policy, with the object of intensifying the war against capitalism.
