ENTERTAINMENT FOR HOSPITAL PATIENTS.
To the Editor of the ''Timaru Herald.” Sir, —If that person hldlrig under the nom-de-plume of “Experienced” would only sign his name, he would no doubt prove to be closely interested. The installation at the Timaru hospital is in the hands of people who know their job, and they have the approval of all the intelligent people in the district. Provision is being made so that gramophone records can be played if desired. The dierence in price between the plant suggested by “Experienced,” and the job pr9Posed is about £6. The letter of “Experienced” from start to finish shows that he is most inexperienced and misinformed. He is one of those inevitable wet blankets and should not be taken seriously.^—l am, etc., E. G. ELIOT. Timaru, February 28.
