The recommendations of the Imperial Wireless and Cable Conference have been accepted in general by the Governments concerned, including Canada, stated the PostmasterGeneral the Hon. J. Venoit, in the House of Commons to-day. Provision is made for the sale of the Pacific Cable undertaking, and negotiations are in progress. Mr A. A. Heaps (Labour M.P. for Winnipeg) told the House that he proposed to bring the who’e matter up for discussion during the present session. He moved for the production of all letters, cables, and agreements entered into by Canada.
