Lister Coy.) has sent a letter to the Prime Minister, urging the creation of a fund of £1,000,000 to advertise British goods abroad. He offers to subscribe £SOOO, provided ninety-nine firms subscribe the same amount. He suggests that if £500,000 s thus subscribed, the Government should contribute a further £500,000. The consequent stimulus in the demand for British goods Avould relieve unemployment.
