RECEDING IN SWIICKEN DISTRICTS. (United Press Association—By Eleetrie Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received May 1, 5.5 p.m.) BRISBANE, May 1. The flood waters are receding in all stricken districts. Train services are being resumed. The latest reports indicate, that the cotton crop will not be destroyed.
