OWNERS DISAPPOINTED WITH COURT. . (United Press, Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.] MELBOURNE, April 30. :■ Shipowners are disappointed at the decision of the Arbitration Court in ■the marine cooks’ case. “It is simply one more week wasted,” declared Mr W. Appleton, chairman of Huddart-Parker’s. “It is safe to say no cooks will offer for our vessels. We attempted-to obtain cooks for our colliers last Saturday, but not a, man applied. The began with the Ulimaroa on March 2 and now another week has been added to the delay quite uselessly.” ' "■ '
