Scotland Yard’s second murder mystery of tho week conrcrns Constance Oliver, a typist, 21 years of ago, who, after being missing since Sunday, was discovered in Richmond Park, strangled by her own clothing. Everywhere there was evidence of a fierce strugglo for life, from the trampled ground to the clothing. Tho girl’s face was shockingly bruised. Tho park-keeper found the body in a lonely spot, among the bushes, and nearby was the girl’s umbrella broken into four pieces. All marks of identity had been carefully removed from th© clothes. The murderer overlooked the handhag, including tho girl’s diary, written in shorthand. The relatives say that Constanco made the acquaintance of 'a man a fortnight ago. The sister saw the man yesterday, and asked if he had seen Connie. The mother was anxious. Tho man replied: “My God, I will see ymr mother,” but did not. The police have issued a description of Sidney Goulter, motor mechanic.
