ITALIANS LEAVING DOMINION. By Telecraph—Pres* Aaioetatlon. WELLINGTON, October 6. The Italian Consul (Signor Nichele Blunno) stated to-day than an increasing number of Italians iiad departed from the Dominion during the last few months, and at the same time, with, the coming into force of the Fascist restrictions on emigration from Italy, a decreasing number may bo expected to arrive, as Signor Mussolini looks with great disfavour on the emigration .of Italians from their country.
