General Capelin, one of Italy’s great war lenders, who was sentenced to 30 years’ solitary confinement for complicity in the Zaniboni plot to assassinate Signor Mussolini, is now convict No. 2738 in the penal settlement of San Gimignano, a little town in Tuscany. Zaniboni, the ex-member of the Italian Parliament who organised the plot, has been removed to the penitentiary at Ventotent. to serve his sentence, which was also 30 years' imprisonment.
