The Riga correspondent of tho “Daily Mail” states that the International has ordered the suspension of all propaganda in China. They have closed the Harbin office, and transferred the organisation to Irkutsk, from which Moscow’s agents will in future bo instructed. CONFUSED MILITARY SITUATION. CANTONESE DENOUNCE OH TANG. She returned the fir'o with machine guns. The American mine sweeper Penguin was also under rifle and field gun fire at Kaingyin and lmd four men wounded. Official circles report that the sixth Cantonese army has posted notices in Kiukiang, attacking the Nankin Government and demanding the execution of General Chiang-Kai-Shek, whose first army is now advancing towards Kia-kinng. The “Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent says the British Government is thoroughly but regretfully resigned to idle prospect of enforcing the exact reparation for the Nankin outrages, without American co-operation. Probably a stronger Note, signed by three of the four Powers, will be sent to Mr Chen. This will be more effective than a document emasculated in order to secure mere academic endorse meat by Washington.
