THE LUCKY WINNER. By Tolezraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 6. H. Munro Clark, winner of the first prize of £2OOO in the “Now or Never’’ Art Union i« an enmloyee in the office of tho organiser. Air Compton, who states that'Clark bought a hook of tickets that had been returned as unsold by a JJotorua dealer. Clark also won the prize of £50(1 allotted to the seller of the winning ticket. He entered his name on a stub of tbo winning toeket as “Munro,” a contraction of bis nnm. Clark find no part in tbe drawing which was by marbloa from bags. The final Ura wiirn was done by Detective .SnOiva I '. It is stipulated on the tickets that if the seller of tbe winning ticket is an employee of tbe organiser, the buvor of tbe ticket is regarded as the seller.
