Sapiro’s lawyers, outlining the case, endeavoured to show that Mr Ford accused Sapiro of heading a Jewisn ring, which attempted to control the farm products organisation and introduce Bolshevism into the farming community of the United States, which Mr Ford vigorously denies. Mr Ford also declares that he was never subpoenaed by Sapiro’s lawyers, but agreed with the latter to testily voluntarily. He is expected to take the stand on March 21.
