Signor Mussolini declared that baehelordom was the gravest social illness confronting a nation, and is imposing a tax winch will create a fund facilitating marriage and assisting poor children. Italian bachelors will quickly realise that the better economy is to marry. Those countries which, by poitroonry, selfishness and laxity, neglect normal human development are at the mercy of minister neighbours, who have a sublime belief in the growing power of their nation..
France is dwelling on these words, which arc construed as a threat.
