EARTHQUAKE AND FIRE.
TOWNS IN ECUADOR SUFFER. (Received December 39, 11.29 p.m.) GUAYAQUIL (Ecuador), Dec. 29. Reports from the Colombian frontier state the towns of Guachucal and Aidana have been destroyed by' earthquake, an dtlie town of Naranjito almost completely destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at 1,599,999 dollars.
