The “Daily Telegraph’s” Riga correspondent suggest*? th<vt tho Central Control Commission is constituting itself a party jury to meet in a few days and arraign tho leaders of the Opposition. Tho “Telegraph’s” diplomatic, correspondent says that M. Kras.sin s interview with Sir Austen Chamberlain, with reference to credits, proved fruitless, the Foreign Secretary intimating as previously, that Soviet propaganda, aggravated by support of the British miners’ strike, was not calculated to facilitate the aims of M. Ivrassin s mission.
