Mr Justice Starke objected to the question, contending that it was a waste of the Court’s time and not relevant. After an exchange of words between; the two Mr Justice Higgins walked from the Bench, after a consultation with thei' other Judges. The Cliief Justice adjourned the Court till to-day.
