Boyd (Mr liudis), claim LI 15s. itith costs os. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs £2 2s, and solicitor’s fees £2 Is, was ~iveii ’in the ease in which Edwin Undrill (Mr Farnic) claimed from Tj. Crosson the sum of £22 Is 7d. In a judgment summons, T. J. Crosson was ordered to pay Skinnei* and AVilkinson (Mr Barklie.) the. sum of £52 ss. in default 30 days’ imprisonment in Timaru gaol, the warrant to be suspended for 14 days. .AY. ’Mason was ordered to pay Davidson and AVauchop (Mr Barklie) tliq sum of £43 19s 4d, in default one month’s, imprisonment in Timaru goal, the warrent' to' be • suspended for 14 days.
