The final returns of the referenda voting show: In t'he case of industry and commerce 1,247,088 voted “Yes” and , 1,619,650 voted “No.” In the case of essentia! services 1,195,502 voted “Yes”, and 1,597,793 voted “No.” Altogether there were 268,730 informal votes.
