The team that travelled to. Ashburton had a delightful trip. Being a combined one they gave a good account of themselves. Crowley was in great shooting form. The game was a good one, the visiting team winning by six goals to two. All six goals for the Combined were scored by M. Crowley, a great achievement for a centre forward. This company travelled by private ears kindly lent by the Amuri Motors, Mr Odell, and Mr Wilson. CAVE CUP—SECOND ROUND. The draw for Saturday’s games is : Thistle v. Bangers, Russell Square; icfere'o, Air Odell. Rovers v. Colinoeo, . Anzac Square; referee, Air Dickson. Colinoeo juniors and Rangers juniors will play at Itussell Square at 1.30 p.m. Rangers team for Saturday will be : i Grieve. Anderson, AlcAuliffe, Davies, !
