Opposition Deputies Arrested.

The arrests in connection with the plot against Kemal Pasha, include many deputies of the Progressist Party and the well-known general, Refet Pasha. The local press claims that the arrests prove that the whole party is implicated in the counter-revolu-tionary movement. There is no evidence that the plot involved the restoration of the Sultanate.
