Miss Mario Ney is engaged to the All Black, Maurice Brownlie, who, seeing a photograph in New Zealand, asked his brother for a letter of introduction. Miss Ney was then pinying at the old Victoria Theatre. Miss Mol lie Nathan (an Aucklander), daughter of Mr Alfred Nathan, is engaged to Air Lumlcy Frank, a Londoner.
