In connection with the disappearance Of a fishing party who were , using a launch on Bake Rotorua, the names ot the missing men are stated to be: Gustave Wolfgramni, aged 2b, married, - with •four' children. Angus Douglas, single, 24. Soddon Matthews, 10. No signs of the missing men have been reported. Oars were picked up on the beach at Awaliou, near Ngongotaha. : ~ , . Cumulative evidence shows tnat cries ■were heard from the lake on Saturday night, also that a bright light was seen on the water. Another rt that the boat opened up under the eimino through vibration, the era it bemg old and allegedly unsounch Launches are dragging the -lake between Kawaha and Awaliou.
