Dr. Stresemann (German Chancellor) in a. wireless broadcasted speech on the llusso-Gcrman Treaty, stating that there was no cause for alarm anywhere. It only demonstrated that Germany and Russia desired to Jive in peace and friendship, and renew good relations on tho basis of tho treaty of Capallo. Germany's initiative came from Locarno. She desired to extend peace treaties throughout Europe.
