Scott appeared to play with him when lie could have knocked him out. McCormick failed to get in a '-imrlc blow with any power, while Seott, after the eighth round, punished his opponent. McCormick was obviously weak at the end of the ninth round. Scott forced the pace at the tenth round, and scored freely with lefts and rights to the head. A hard right midway through tin* round staggered McCormick, who was a’niost down when his seconds threw in the towel.
