SOUTH END COMMITTEE ACTIVE.

Another well-attended and enthusiastic meeting of the above committee was held at the school. Sub-committees reported on arrangements made, and reports showed the voting tickets to be soiling freely. The chairman reported that _ Mr Griffiths, of the “Black and White, had kindly given his services to make the ice creams free of charge, and Mrs Griffiths had offered further assistance.
