BURGLARY CHARGES. By Telegraph—Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 16. In Court, three young men named Sydney Stroud, Leonard Edward Smith, and John Bcrgc, were committed for trial on a pica of not guilty to eight charges of burglary from various premises in the town.
