PLCNLC AT TEMUKA. The annual picnic of the Timaru Catholic Schools, was held at Victoria Park, Temuka, on Saturday. A .special train of twelve cars left Timaru at 9.15. On arrival at Temuka the visitors were welcomed at tlu: .station by Mr G. 13. Cartwright (Mayor). During the day the Kev. Father Hurley and the clergy of the Timaru parish visited the grounds. In the afternoon a baby show was held, at which the judges were Mrs G. J 3. Cartwright and Mrs J. Sinclair. Large numbers motored to the grounds during the afternoon.
