Angered at Disbanding. SEIZE ARMS AND DETAIN OFFICERS. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright Australian anl N.Z. Cable Association Received Dec. 15, 10.10 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 14. A Belfast message states that a platoon of special constables at Ballycastle, Antrim, resisting breaking up owing to the boundary agreement, mutineed. They seized arms and ammunition, and detained their 'officers and non-commissioned officers. The Derry City constables telegraphed Sir James Craig demanding a gratuity. In the meantime they seized stores and equipihent.
