DISASTROUS FIRE NEAR SYDNEY. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association Received Dec. 15, 1.25 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 14: A fire totally destroyed Granton knitting mills at Balmain. The damage is estimated at £20,000. About one hundred employees have been rendered idle.
