The House of Commons read a. third time, without division, the Summer Time Bill, by which summer time in future will begin at 2 a.m. on the Sunday following the third Saturday in April, or a week earlier it Easter intervenes. and end at 2 a.m. on the Sunday following the first Saturday in October.
