TIMARU HARBOUR BOARD. APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY-HAR-BOUR MASTER, SAILING MASTER AND LADDERMAN OF DREDGE “No. 350.” A PPLICATIONS, addressed "The Chairman, Timaru Harbour Board, and endorsed “Application for Deputy-Harbour Master and Sailing Master, etc., of Dredge ‘No. 350,’ ” will be received at the. Harbour Board Office, Timaru, until 5 p.m. on MONDAY, 18th May. 1925, for the above position. The salary will be Three Hundred Pounds (£300) per annum, with free house, payable monthly. A Schedule of Qualifications. Duties and Responsibilities will be forwarded on application. Applications must be accompanied by copies of testimonials of good conduct and sobriety, evidence of age, and certificates of service and grade of certificates held by applicant, also stating when the applicant can take up his duties, and the successful applicant will be required to join the Superannuation Scheme. TIMARU BOROUGH COUNCIL. REGULATIONS AS TO THE USE OP MOTOR LORRIES, HEAVY TRAFFIC LICENSES. is hereby given that License Fees for the year commencing the Ist April, 1D25, are now due and payable. Motor-Lorry means any Motor Vehicle as defined by the Motor Vehicles Act, 1924, used for hire or used for commercial purposes in the carriage of passengers or goods, and which with its maximum load exceeds two tons in weight and includes tractors.
