The annual meeting of St. John’s’ Church, Highfield, will be. held tomorrow night at 8 o’clock. A report has recently been published in some papers to the effect that pinus insignis plantations in- the -Palmerston North district are being affeoted by a fungus blight, ahd the' rumour ■ spread that this blight also affected the big, plantations in the Rotorua district."
