CH4.RGES AGAINST GERMAN GENERAL.

It is reported from Frankfort that the Public Prosecutor of Germany has started proceedings against General von Natusius. , ~ The action is based on a section oi German law relating to war criminals, under which the Public Prosecutor is obliged to proceed against Germans accused of offences against persons ot property outside Germany.
