The “Daily News” Paris correspondent says that messages from the Spanish frontier indicate , that critical events are pending in Madrid. . General Derevera’s dictatorship is threatened, owing to a division in the army, following the removal of General Berenguer, formerly commanding in Morocco. .. The Madrid garrison is confined to barracks. The police and civil guard have received special instructions. General Berenguer’s friends are closely watched, and a -strict censoiship is being maintained.
