The above mentioned rates are made arid adjusted in accordance and to comply with the requirements of Section 98 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and are subject to its provisions.

The following is a statement of the proposed expenditure proposed General Rate and estimated Receipts on the District Fund Account for the year ending 31st March, 1925: Proposed expenditure £345S 5s 5d Estimated Income: —General Rate of fivepence halfpenny in the pound sterling on the unimproved rateable value yielding £lll4 8s 9d; estimated income from other sources £23i3 16s Sd; the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property on the Borough Valuation Roll for the year ending 31st March, 1925, is £48,630. A full statement of the proposed expenditure and estimated income foi such year is open for inspection at the office aforesaid, during office hours, and the Valuation Roll and Rate Book are now open for inspection by all persons concerned.
